Every moatool site is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which site and which tool; pasting the page address is the most precise. Then what went wrong, including any message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone). Every tool runs inside the browser, so results can differ by environment.
- The kind of file and its rough size. Please do not attach the file itself. The tools never send your files anywhere, and there is no need to email them either.
Also welcome
- A tool you wish existed, or a kind of file you would like covered
- A work or school network that blocks the sites
- Wrong facts on a page, or awkward English or Spanish wording
Data handling is described in the privacy policy; who makes moatool is on the about page.
